Refund policy

 We do not accept returns of any goods that are sold “as is”, customs, personalized, one of a kind, resold, distributed, engraved, preorder (meaning items not in stock), vintage, thrifted, second hand, resale, crystallized, handmade, nor for services provided by ourselves or 3rd parties.  We are not responsible for issues that have occurred in transit or while goods are in the possession of the carrier, shipper, producer, supplier, during shipping or transportation, manufacturer, distributor, courier, or otherwise. 

If there is a major issue with a product, that is a manufacturer error or damage in shipping, then we need to know immediately, and need to receive photos, videos, and FaceTime with claims team to make sure that we can help resolve said issue in a timely manner that will end with your replacement or satisfaction.  While we are responsible for these issues, we will work with you to make a claim with the responsible party.  This is why we need to know immediately upon delivery if an issue has occurred.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with proof of an issue that would warrant return or replacement.  This is at our discretion and can be refused if we see fit.  We do not accept returns of vintage, one of a kind, upcycled, thrifted, distributed goods, custom/personalized, resale, makeup, purses, clothing, jewelry, used goods, tags removed, bathing suits, second hand, “as is”, nor any items that were purchased as preorder. You’ll also need the receipt/invoice, photos & proof of return approval, and proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Info@Jchicboutique.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our address in the mail which will be provided at time of the return approval.   

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like clothing, bathing suits, shoes, makeup, jewelry, hair products, accessories, resale, presale, non-inventory goods, second hand/thrifted/up-cycled/vintage/personalized items,  anything custom ordered or custom made, as well as, (special orders, handmade items, services provided, shipping costs, duty/tariff, or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on transit costs, imported goods, sale items, clearance, or gift cards.


Refunds

No refunds or cancellations will be accepted.  If you chose to cancel your order you forfeit your payment, since many goods are made to order or ordered from 3rd parties.  We cannot accept buyers remorse, as we are on the hook for that cost.
