Please note due to the ongoing changes in import duty & tariffs on goods in the USA, prices are subject to change. We will advise if any preorder items prices are different at time of booking. And we will provide estimated delivery time and shipping prices at the time of order placement.

Many of the products we offer are homemade, handmade, custom, inspired, vintage, thrifted, one of a kind, “sold as is”, up-cycled, personalized, or made to order only. Therefore we do not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges or refund requests for our products. If you have questions about a product or service that JCB provides, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide additional details and photos.

JCB offers hundreds of options and styles, many of which are not on our website. So if you’re looking for something specific, send us a message and we can help you find it!
Many preorder items are made/ordered from the manufacturer upon receipt of your order. We will not process until payment is received. We can do layaway or payment plans in some cases, but will not ship out goods until full payment is received. Once your order has been placed, it is considered final sale. This includes all custom, specific requests, 3rd party purchases, pre-sale & pre-order items. All purchases from our company are confirmation that you understand and agree to our terms of service.

Some items are vintage, one of a kind, up-cycled, thrifted, and could be made out of luxury goods - however the original items designers/owner are not affiliated, endorsing or promoting the sale of any such product or finished items. Prices listed for these goods are to account for the work that was completed, the service provided, tools & skills used, as well as the actual time taken. It is hard work to take an old item (that would likely be thrown into a landfill) and use it to make something new! What one might consider trash, we use to make new stylish accessories and accents for you!!!

We are giving it new life. We hope you will love these items, and give them the same care & love deserved!! for this reason, these items are sold in “as is” condition, and many are available as “made to order” only. Meaning payment and service discussion made in advance, then produced, then we ship.
